Classic Massage

Classic Massage leads to a radical improvement in our blood circulation and fortifies our metabolic processes throughout our body. In so doing, it reduces tension and pain in the entire muscle structure. Physiologically, the Classic Massage raises levels of performance and athletic capacity; it promotes the regeneration of the cells and body tissue while, at the same time, cleansing our bodies of toxic substances and waste products. The Classic Massage achieves these goals through acting on the body with pressure using different techniques and degrees of intensity. It has the effect of relieving tension within the individual muscles while improving body posture. The result is a greater freedom of movement, a feeling of relaxation and a boost to our general well-being. Do you suffer from: Headaches Tension in your neck and shoulders Back Pain/Lumbago General muscle cramps and tension Chronic muscle ailments Points on body that are hypersensitive to pressure Reduced freedom of movement

Breuss-Massage

The Breuss-Massage is an energy-based massage of the spinal column. It achieves the effect of loosening and relaxing while also stretching the spine and the sacroiliac region and has a particularly beneficial effect on the intervertebral discs. Rudolf Breuss (1899-1990), from Bludenz in Austria, was convinced that the discs did not degenerate with increasing age but were merely starved of the necessary fluids and nutrients. Through a series of special holds and massaging techniques along the spine and through the generous application of St John's wort oil (Johanniskrautöl), the body tissue in this area becomes increasingly flexible and malleable; in particular, the discs succeed in creating for themselves more space in which to expand. The use of the St John's wort oil penetrates the spinal nerves; it relieves pain and reduces muscle tension, swelling and inflammation in the event of an injury. The restorative benefits of the Breuss Massage, though, extend beyond the spinal area to promote a general relaxation of the entire body and psychological feeling of well-being. It is a very gentle massage process with no pain sensed at all. Do you suffer from: Back pain/Lumbago Chronic muscle tension and pain in the spinal area A general feeling of cramp and stiffness in muscles A reduced or restricted freedom of movemen

Foot Reflexology

Foot Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment, which through the stimulation of the body’s nerve endings in the foot can generate not only an instant form of relaxation but also has the confirmed effect of alleviating painful symptoms and assisting in the healing of illnesses throughout the body. The various points and areas on the foot are pressed and or massaged using the thumb and fingertips. The massage is gentle and, from experience, in the majority of cases most soporific. Do you suffer from Irritation of the digestive tract Urinary tract infections Constipation/Diarrhoea Circulatory difficulties Stress-related symptoms, agitation, restlessness Sleeping disorders Allergies High blood pressure, hypertension

Relaxation Massage

A Relaxation Massage comprises a series of slow, gentle and rhythmic massaging techniques that act on our nervous system thereby quelling the symptoms of stress and agitation. This has a noticeable calming effect, which, while removing the tensions of the day assist our body in its process of natural regeneration. It provides the ideal compensation for those, who, during the day have either performed the same actions or movements repetitively of have remained for long periods in a sedentary position. At the beginning, the muscles are gently massaged to help them to relax from their tensed state. It is possible that we may discover points or small areas of tension or tautness at which time we can gently increase the pressure of the massage to relieve any pain. The end result ..... relaxation, recuperation, an increased freedom of movement. Peace and pure tranquillity.
